Health Hope Network to host fifth annual Woodlands OutingMarch 25, 2008Health Hope Network's Stroke Survivor Connection program will be holding its fifth annual Woodlands all-group outing on Thursday, May 18th from 10am to 3pm at the Woodlands Foundation, 134 Shenot Rd. in Wexford. The day is a chance for our group members to enjoy outdoor and indoor activities such as archery, golf, crafts, swimming nutrition and cooking, a computer class, an exercise class, entertainment, and much more. Sponsors for this year's outing include the FISA Foundation. Volunteers are needed to assist with activities, in the kitchen, and assisting group members with limited mobility.
