Stroke Survivor Connection holds 4th Annual Woodlands OutingJun 26, 2007Our Fourth Annual All Group Outing at the Woodlands Foundation on May 8 was a great success! Our group members enjoyed a day of physical, creative and just plain fun activities. We could not have done it without help from our volunteers, group leaders, and Woodlands staff. A special thank you goes to the Birmingham Foundation, FISA Foundation, and the Fruit and Flower Mission, whose kind sponsorship made the event possible.
