Paul has been involved with Health Hope Network for 11 years, including 7 years as Chairman of the Board.

Paul began his career as a research engineer with North American Aviation in their experimental nuclear reactor programs for central power and space power systems. Following the merger of Rockwell Standard, Paul joined the corporate staff of North American Rockwell where he held several financial positions leading to the Assistant Treasurer position.

He participated in a management-led purchase of several divisions and subsidiaries of the Rockwell's Industrial Products Group by a new company, Incom International, capitalized for that purpose. At Incom's formation he served as its Treasurer and later as Chief Financial Officer.

After the Sale of Incom, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Actronics, a software company that developed and distributed computer based interactive training systems and courses under license by the American Heart Association. Following the sale of the AHA license to these courses, and up to his retirement, he was on the staff of Wisdom Technologies, a financial software company that was developing an expert system for treasury departments in corporations to manage their short-term liquidity.

Paul serves on the board of directors of the Children's Home of Pittsburgh. He received his MS in Engineering from Stanford University in 1958 and a MS in Finance from U.C.L.A. in 1968.
